Role Overview



We are hiring a disciplined and experienced Inventory / Store Control Officer to manage fabrics, accessories, finished garments, and internal stock movement within our fashion factory and boutique



This role is not suitable for beginners or learners. Only candidates with previous inventory experience in a tailoring or fashion environment should apply.



Key Responsibilities




  • Full control and accountability for all fabrics, accessories, trims, and finished outfits

  • Proper documentation of stock inflow, stock usage, and stock balance

  • Issuing materials to tailors strictly based on approved requisition notes

  • Daily and weekly stock reconciliation (physical vs records)

  • Tracking fabric usage per style to prevent wastage or theft

  • Monitoring movement between factory, boutique, and external production

  • Reporting shortages, discrepancies, or suspicious activity immediately

  • Ensuring no fabric or item leaves the store without authorization

  • Supporting production planning with accurate stock data



Requirements (STRICT)




  • Must have worked as an inventory/store officer before

  • Must have experience in a tailoring or fashion production environment

  • Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, and tailoring processes

  • High level of integrity — this role is audit-sensitive

  • Ability to work under rules and follow process without shortcuts

  • Basic record-keeping skills (manual and/or digital)

  • Willing to submit guarantors and background verification



Any history of theft, falsification of records, or indiscipline will lead to immediate termination and possible prosecution.



Salary



₦120,000 – ₦180,000 monthly (depending on experience and performance during probation)
